The last posted notes are from April 26. 
Since then we mostly talked about Blast and issues in
Blast statistics, and Perl programs involved in kmer searching.  
I am not writing
up explicit lecture notes since the Blast notes
available from lab5 and lab6, and the NCBI tutorial 
cover everything discussed in class and more, and the Perl is
contained in the kmer programs I posted on the web, linked from
the announcements page of the class. Also, you should be reading
the third notes on Perl.
